摘 要:針對(duì)常規(guī)PID控制器在大時(shí)滯、多時(shí)變和模型失配時(shí)控制效果較差的問(wèn)題,提出了基于內(nèi)模控制策略設(shè)計(jì)的IMC-PID控制器,運(yùn)用MATLAB/Simulink對(duì)系統(tǒng)建模以及仿真,結(jié)果表明該控制系統(tǒng)無(wú)超調(diào),響應(yīng)速度快,對(duì)干擾信號(hào)抑制能力強(qiáng),在模型失配時(shí)也有較好的控制效果,能很好地滿(mǎn)足工藝要求。
