摘  要：結(jié)合油田生產(chǎn)實(shí)際，指出了影響可編程序控制器故障的五項(xiàng)主要因素，即輸出控制電路設(shè)計(jì)不合理、通訊可靠性差、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)干擾、24V開關(guān)電源質(zhì)量差和參數(shù)設(shè)置不合理等，提出了降低編程序控制器故障率的五項(xiàng)改進(jìn)措施，并對(duì)實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)踐證明，這些措施均十分有效。 關(guān)鍵詞：可編程序控制器   故障   措施 Abstract: Combined oilfield actual production, pointed out that the five major factors affecting the programmable logic controller failure, output control circuit design is un[登陸后可查看全文]
