摘  要：本文分析了中厚板廠3500產(chǎn)線兩臺高壓水除鱗泵非主動端推力軸承連續(xù)燒損的原因，通過采用優(yōu)化控制程序、增加伴熱帶、做好設(shè)備現(xiàn)場和管道防寒保溫等改進措施，最后取得了較好效果，避免了類似事故再次發(fā)生，同時也為使用高壓水除鱗設(shè)備的同行提供了借鑒經(jīng)驗。 關(guān)鍵詞：除鱗泵；推力軸承；壓力傳感器；事故 Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons for the continuous burning of the non active end thrust bearing of two high-pressure water descaling pumps in the 3500 production line of the Medium plate[登陸后可查看全文]
