摘  要：功率單元的設計是大功率風冷變頻器設計極為關鍵的環節。本文提出一種強制風冷散熱方式的單元結構，通過理論計算、熱仿真軟件進行仿真，得到單元內部IGBT的溫度變化規律，驗證該方案的可行性。理論研究和現場運行情況表明，該功率單元已經在現場穩定地運行。 關鍵詞：功率單元；大功率；風冷；熱仿真 Abstract: The design of power unit is crucially important in the high power inverter.
