摘  要：系統(tǒng)利用西門子PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通訊協(xié)議格式，實(shí)現(xiàn)西門子PLC與ABB ACS800變頻器的通訊，完成造紙機(jī)速度鏈、負(fù)荷分配和張力控制等控制功能，在造紙機(jī)傳動(dòng)控制中取得了較高的控制精度和穩(wěn)定性，充分滿足造紙機(jī)生產(chǎn)的需要。實(shí)踐證明，該造紙機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)控制方式可應(yīng)用于大型、高速紙機(jī)的電氣控制。 關(guān)鍵詞：變頻器；PLC；協(xié)議；系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)；造紙機(jī) Abstract: System using the Siemens PROFIBUS field bus communication protocol format, Siemens PLC communications with ABBACS800 inverter, complete paper machine [登陸后可查看全文]
