摘 要:盡管常用變頻器已經(jīng)技術(shù)成熟,但仍有待改進(jìn)之處。本文介紹幾項(xiàng)改進(jìn)技術(shù):基于IGBT整流/回饋的四象限H橋級(jí)聯(lián)頻器;調(diào)速用MMC變頻器;無(wú)刷雙饋調(diào)速;切換型雙饋調(diào)速;基于IGBT和MOSFET混合開(kāi)關(guān)的低壓逆變器。
