1 前言
燒結燃料主要有焦粉和無煙煤兩種。燃料粒度對燒結的影響很大，最佳粒度范圍為0.3～3mm[1,2]。由于進廠燃料難以滿足要求，因而在燒結廠設置燃料破碎篩分系統。
由于燃料的破碎、篩分及上料與燒結生產不平衡，工作制度和作業率有差異，設備檢修及設備事故處理也不協調。為了保證燒結生產，提高燒結機作業率，燒結燃料的
